Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines Mudrantar Solutions Pvt LTD (“EZTaxPractice”, “we” or “us”) practice in relation to the refund of license fee that you have paid for use of our service or our website https://app.eztaxpractice.com/ and/or mobile application “EZTaxPractice” (collectively, the “Platform").

Within 7 days of your purchase, you have can ask for a refund if you are unhappy with the platform. The whole licence fee will be refunded. We offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy, so you can be secure in the reimbursement.

For offices where a trial account was setup prior to payment, refunds are not permitted. If your office has not finished the Data Import and Team Members Training, a refund will not be given. This is done to make sure offices that have actually used the software will receive a full refund if they are unhappy with the EZTaxPractice or the assistance offered by the EZTaxPractice Team.

Refund policy is subject to change without any prior intimation.

Refund Application

Refund requests should be sent through email to contact@eztaxpractice.com. Approval of refunds takes three days. We will handle your refund in 5 working days once it has been authorised. Note: It might take an additional 1 to 2 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
